盐胁迫对两种油菜叶片生理指标的影响
T he effect of physiological indices in tw o Oilseed rape leaves under salt stress
摘要
Abstract
In this article , two kinds of oilseed rape Tianyou 2 and Longyou 6 are used as the test material to study the influence of the physiological indicators (chlorophyll content , MDA content , free proline content and antioxidant enzyme activity , etc ) under salt stress . T he results show that :at different concentrations of salt stress , the chlorophyll content of two oilseed rape leaves is increasing , MDA content shows an overall upward trend , SOD , CAT and APX activity increasing first then show downward trend ,GPX activity shows overall upward trend ,the free proline content is increasing and then decreasing in Tianyou 2 ,free proline content in the Longyou 6 shows overall upward trend . The results shows that under different concentrations of salt stress that the two kinds of oilseed rape leaves will cause oxidative damage to cells , through the analysis of physiological parameters for the two oilseed rape leaves , it shows that with the increasing salt concentration that Longyou 6 shows a better ability to resist salt stress .关键词
