中药材微量元素成分的LIBS检测
M easurement on trace element composition of Chinese medicinal materials by laser-induced breakdow n spectroscopy
摘要
Abstract
Time‐resolved laser induced breakdow n spectroscopy is used to measure and analyze Oriental Water Plantain Rhizome which is a kind of Chinese medicinal material . Ten kinds of elemental composition in the sample , w hich are M g ,Al ,Si ,P ,Ca ,Ti ,M n ,Fe ,Co and C have been identified . Based on local thermodynamic equilibrium assumption , plasma temperature and electron number density are obtained , and the concentrations of the nine elements relative to the carbon have been estimated by calibration‐free method . The result of the experiment approved that laser induced breakdown spectroscopy can be applied to the rapid and effective detection on the trace element composition of Chinese medicinal materials .关键词
