节水型社会建设绩效评估--以黑河流域张掖市为例
Performance evaluation of w ater-saving society building---A case study of Heihe River in Zhangye City
摘要
Abstract
T he paper takes Zhangye City as a case study , on the base of on‐site investigations and questionnaires , an index evaluation system on water‐saving society building structure is determined by the help of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) . The developing level of a water‐saving society can be assessed in a quantitatively comprehensive way on the model of AHP‐fuzzy comprehensive evaluation . Such an evaluation model is composed of two systems :macroscopic evaluation system of coordinated development and microscopic evaluation system . Makes a study on comprehensive evaluation of a water‐saving society . According to the research results and findings , in 2001 , the social progress index of Zhangye City was 0•2060 and its water‐saving society developing index reached to 0•2995 and 0•3537 respectively in the year of 2005 and 2011 . In spite of its good burgeoning trend , the space for a further progress and improvement is still available .关键词
