OTDOA-IPDL positioning method for TD-SCDMA systems
摘要
Abstract
The multi-BS positioning method for TD-SCDMA systems is studied in this paper. The OTDOA-IPDL(observed time difference of arrival-idle period downlink)poisoning method based on the synchronous downlink(SYNC-DL)sequence in TD-SCDMA physical layer frame structure is proposed,which can effectively help the mobiles detect the signals of non-service base stations (BS). The IPDL technology introduced into TD-SCDMA systems can improve the positioning performance. IPDL technology of TD-SCDMA system is elaborated emphatically. The positioning performance of OTDOA-IPDL was validated by simulation. The simulation results show the importance of IPDL in multi-BS positioning.关键词
