Abstract
In consideration of the multiple factors including the transform of the motor coil,insulation structure,winding wire diameter and temperature rise,a useful method is proposed. The coil and stator in synchronous generator on CNOOC BZ26-3 platform in Bohai Sea was transformed through the actual counting of the electromagnetic parameters and the short-circuit ratio according to the generator step-up principle. A series of experiments was conducted for the transformed generator. The main generator parameters before and after the transform were contrasted. The results indicate each index of the transformed generator meets the corresponding requirements,and the phase sequence is correct. The conclusion proves the correctness and feasibility of the proposed booster transform method. The innovation is,under the comprehensive consideration,that the actual motor pa-rameters has been obtained through the electromagnetic calculation and short circuit ratio calculation,and the generator step-up transform method of changing the way of the stator winding is put forward.关键词
