摘要

Abstract

The first-order sea clutter of HF sky-surface radar represents apparent space-time coupling because of its bistatic characteristic,but the first-order sea clutter may produce obvious Doppler broadening under the influence of bistatic angle and ionospheric disturbance which leads to the submerging of the low velocity ships. On the basis of first-order sea clutter space-time coupling characteristic,the space-time distribution of the first-order sea clutter was derived and verified in theory. Space-time adaptive processing (STAP) successfully suppressed the broadening sea clutter and found the submerged target by means of beam correlation to choose the size of local area in space-time adaptive dimension reduced algorithm.
