摘要
Abstract
The cognitive radio(CR)is a new concept following the software radio in the communication field,and it focu-ses on the adjusting the system running parameters on the basis of sensing surrounding. The concept of CR and its relation with software radio are described in this paper. Its structure and key technologies are introduced. The advantages of CR in the mili-tary communication and the challenge it is facing are analyzed. It has a positive role in upgrade construction of the communica-tion systems in China.关键词
