摘要
Abstract
The space system vulnerability as well as the cost and technological development of space launch are analyzed in this paper. The necessity of space rapid launch is expounded. The practical needs of space rapid launch are analyzed. Taking the natural disaster and local war as examples,The important status and role of space rapid launch are demonstrated. It is pointed out that the existing space rapid launch level can not remedy the capability gap through the statistical analysis of satellite concen-trated amount and launch readiness time.关键词
