摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of scattered test equipment,complex connection,low-level automation and high cost of the existing test equipment for a certain type of missile,an automatic test system(ATS)based on PXI bus technology was de-signed to achieve the test system automation,modularity and general utilization,which reduced the size of the test system and saved development cost. The structure,composition,hardware design and software design of the test system are described in this paper. The selection of modular instruments,the design of power module and the testing process of software are introduced. The system demonstration indicates that the design of the developed ATS is reasonable,and its testing accuracy and automation level are high,which can meet the test requirements.
