摘要

Abstract

Along with the continuous raising of performance requirement for the test equipment,the PXI test technique plat-form emerge with the tide of the times,and is applied to the structure design of airborne computer ATE software and hardware system,as well as the design of simulation,discrete and digital communication interface,and calibration of the test equipment. The perfect system design project was provided for the airborne computers and similar test equipments. It has very strong univer-sality and generalization due to its modularization and standardization. The design of the automatic test system for dual-redundan-cy FLCC is introduced. The composition,technique index,software design and hardware design of the automatic test equipment are described. The emulation quantity,discrete quantity,ARINC429 and RS232 of the dual-redundancy FLCC were tested with the system. Its test accuracy is high. It has stable and reliable operation.
