摘要

Abstract

In design of a TEM camera with CCD ICX285AL as the image sensor,an array CCD driving circuit based on CPLD was designed. Altera′s EPM570T100 is used as a time⁃sequence generator to generate CCD driving signal and CDS⁃con⁃trol signal. A driver circuit and DC bias circuit were designed to provide voltage transformation,and to generate DC source and bias voltage. Verilog HDL is adopted to compile program under Quartus II 13.1 to implement logic circuits in CPLD. Simulations were conducted in the ModelSim 10.1. Experiment results indicate that the designed driving circuit can generate the driving pulse and bias voltage which meet the demands of CCD,and can steadily output CCD video signal.
