高频功率放大器调制特性分析
Analysis for modulation characteristics of high-frequency power amplifier
摘要
Abstract
High⁃frequency power amplifier is the important part of the transmitter in communication system. Its modulation characteristics are analyzed with Multisim in this paper. The result indicates that the modulation power for base modulation is less than that of collector modulation. This is consistent with theoretical analysis. The simulation analysis result is more visual and easier to understand than traditional experiment result. Simulation experiment can motivate student more than normal experiment.关键词
