摘要

Abstract

The hydroxide energy machine developed by Changsha Institute of Mining Research is composed of IGBT inverter power supply,automatic control system,hydroxide generation function module,main water tank,auxiliary water tank,water and gas separation system,pressure automatic detection system,cooling system,medium circulating system,anti tempering sys⁃tem and other function systems. Its process and technology are better than those of industry standard. The hydroxide energy ma⁃chine has strong adaptability in the cutting process and is more economic and safe. It can replace the traditional high energy con⁃sumption and high pollution gas equipments,and will be popularized and widely used in steel cutting,automobile engine carbon elimination,medical waste incineration,catalytic combustion of boiler,injection sealing,and civil gas application.
