摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the demands of energy conservation and production management,an energy consumption moni⁃toring and management system based on totally integrated automation(TIA)conception was designed and implemented. The sys⁃tem can execute real⁃time control and data collection of on⁃site energy consumption equipments,and coordinate and optimize the production process as well through the data synchronization analysis,so as to establish the seamless connection of the automa⁃tion with manufacturing management,business management and supply chain management. In this paper,the system architec⁃ture,hardware design,software design and key technologies are discusses.
