摘要

Abstract

To improve the measurement accuracy,the effects of capacitance between measuring fixtures on quartz crystal se⁃ries resonance frequency measurement using π network method were simulated and analyzed. According to the electricity model characteristics of the quartz crystal,and the difference between the theoretical model and actual model of the π network in quartz crystal measurement system,the factors affecting the measurement accuracy of the quartz crystal resonance frequency measurement are analyzed. On the basis of this,a compensation method is proposed. The experimental result indicates that quartz crystal series resonance frequency measurement accuracy can be up to ±2×10⁃6 after the compensation.
