超高速太赫兹通信系统中调制方式的探讨
Discussion of modulation mode for ultra high-speed terahertz communication system
摘要
Abstract
The optimization scheme of modulation mode is proposed for 10 Gbps terahertz communication system. The cha⁃racteristics of some common modulation modes in millimeter wave and free space laser communication are introduced,including power efficiency,band utilization,implementation complexity and peak⁃to⁃average power ratio. The modulation modes in current terahertz communication system is also introduced. The effect of phase noise,A/D converter sampling rate and power amplifier nonlinear on the selection of modulation mode is discussed emphatically. The phase noise and nonlinear factors of power amplifier are considered in combination with specific device parameters based on link budget. The bit⁃error⁃rate character of the optimization modulation mode is simulated.关键词
