摘要

Abstract

Since there is no inspection device for a certain type of helicopter missile launch control system,the detection system based on PLC technology is designed. With the in⁃situ testing idea,the nondestructive testing for the missile launch con⁃trol system was achieved without disassembly of the launch control device. The 1553B bus chip is picked up into PLC system by the method of address mapping,by which the shackle in application of 1533B bus on microcontroller interface card is get rid of. The communication with the bus is implemented by the aid of simple PLC programming language. The proposed method has a good application prospect.
