摘要

Abstract

In the network era,since the massive customer data is stored in electronic commerce customer relationship manage⁃ment(CRM),the valuable information can be found by means of data mining technology and effective mining. By understanding the function of CRM,analyzing the modes and process of data mining technology,it is obtained that in electronic commerce CRM,the classification mode of data mining technology is adopted to acquire new customers,the clustering mode is used to re⁃tain old customers,the correlation mode and sequential mode are used to improve customer value. Data mining technology will play more important role in electronic commerce CRM.
