摘要

Abstract

To solve the problem of performance degradation of the automatic recognition system applied to the transient sounds in the noisy environment,a method combining Teager energy operator(TEO)with discrete cosine transform(DCT)is adopted at front⁃end of the automatic recognition system to suppress the noise. At the same time,the missing feature marginaliza⁃tion algorithm based on the Gaussian mixture model(GMM)is used to achieve automatic classification. The experimental results show that the method can obviously improve the recognition performance of the system in noisy environment.
