基于柔性印刷电路板技术的纳米发电机
Nanogenerators based on flexible printed circuit board
摘要
Abstract
Based on flexible printed circuit board(FPC)technology,two kinds of flexible Zinc oxide(ZnO)nanogenera⁃tors(NG)were fabricated. First,ZnO nanowires(NWs)are prepared by one step solvothermal method. Zinc acetate(Zn(Ac)2· 2H2O)and sodium hydroxide(NaOH)are used as the precursors. The solvent is ethanol. The synthesized nanowires have a uni⁃form morphology. The diameter of most nanowires is 20~30 nm. Then,ZnO nanowires film(NF)is fabricated by a novel cen⁃trifugation method. The SEM images show that ZnO nanowires are densely and laterally arranged in NF. Finally,the flexible printed circuit board technology is employed,and two kinds of ZnO nanogenerators are fabricated. The output voltage of the nanogenerators was tested by ATTEN ADS1102c oscilloscope. The open circuit voltage can reach up to 10 V. The nanogenera⁃tors are based on ZnO piezoelectric effect and triboelectric and electrostatic effects. The fabrication process is compatible to the traditional FPC process,so that the flexible nanogenerators can be embedded in FPC to form a self⁃powered system in the fu⁃ture.关键词
