17β-雌二醇对子宫内膜癌细胞上皮间质转化诱导作用的研究
The induction role of 17β-E2 on endometrial carcinoma epithelial-mesenchymal transi-tion
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To make clear wether 17β-E2 can induce EMT in the endometri-al carcinoma cell. Methods:Ishikawa and HEC-1A cell were cultured by 17β-E2 ,then the ex-pressions of E-cad、N-cad and Vimentin protein were detected by Western blot analysis. Re-sults:The E-cad protein became less(P<0. 05) while the N-cad,Vimentin protein got more (P<0. 05),in the Ishikawa cell which was influenced by 10-8mol/L 17β-E2. The others concentri-on did not change the expression of the proteins. In HEC-1A cell,the E-cad、N-cad and Vimen-tin protein didn't get different when affected by E2 . Conclusions:The 17β-E2 can only promote the epithelial-mesenchymal transition in the Ishikawa cell in certain concentration. But it could not produce epithelial-mesenchymal transition in the HEC-1A cell.关键词
