Abstract
Objective:To evaluate clinical effectiveness of anterior pelvic floor restruc-tion with polypropylene mesh and posterior colporrhaphy surgery for moderate to severe uterine prolapsed. Methods:117 patients who underwent anterior pelvic floor restruction and posterior colporrhaphy surgery during Jan. 2010 to Jan. 2013 in People Hospital of Liyang and Tongji Hospital of Tongji University were included. All patients were diagnosed withⅢ~Ⅳdegree u-terine prolapsed before operations and followed up 10 to 46 months after repair. The effective-ness and complication of surgery was observed when follow up. Results:All operations were ac-complished successfully. The operative time was 45~85min. The blood loss was 80~170ml. No injure of bladder、urethra or rectum was noted,1 case recurred 12 months after operation and 3 case recurred 2 years after operation,9(7. 7%) patients reported foreign body sensation in peri-neum and mild pain. 1 case of mesh erosion was reported. Conclusions:Anterior pelvic floor re-struction with polypropylene mesh and posterior colporrhaphy is a safe and effective approach for severe uterine prolapsed. The recurrence and complication rate was low.关键词
