60岁以上子宫内膜癌临床病理分析
Clinical and pathological analysis of endometrial cancer in patients with ≥60 years old.
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical and pathological characteristics of endom-etrial cancer between ≥60 and < 60 years old. Methods:10081 patients diagnosed with endom-etrial cancer were enrolled from 62 hospitals between 2000 and 2010 in Guangdong province. 9437 patients among them with more completely surgical and pathological materials were divid-ed into ≥60 and < 60 years old groups. The two groups were comparative analyzed. Results:The mean age at diagnosis in ≥60 years old group and < 60 years old group was 65 . 5±5 . 4 and 49. 6±6. 8. There were more obesity,diabetes and hypertension in ≥60 years old group ( P < 0. 05). The ratios of type 2 endometrial cancer,G3,p53 positive,lymph vascular space involve-ment,deep myometric invasion,and abdominal dropsy cytology were higher in ≥60 years old group (P < 0. 05),and PR positive were higher in < 60 years old group (P < 0. 05). The compar-isons about ER positive,cervical invasion and lymphatic metastasis in two groups were no differ-ences(P > 0. 05). Conclusions:The elderly patients were characterized with more obesity,dia-betes and hypertension,and had poorer prognosis factors.关键词
