Abstract
Objective:To find the causes and treatment of thrombocytopenia in preg-nancy. Methods:An analytical retrospective observational study from 2006 to 2013 was conduc-ted in Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology in Renji hospital. 349 women presenting with thrombocytopenia were recorded. Results:The most common cause of thrombocytopenia during pregnancy was gestational thrombocytopenia ( GT ) , which was seen in 66 . 48%. 106 patients were accepted bone marrow biopsy with no side effect. 78 patients were received treatment,in-cluding corticosteroids or/and intravenous immunoglobulin ( IVIG ) . Platelet transfusions were also given to 132 patients. Mode of delivery was affected by thrombocytopenia. 254 patients had cesarean section, while 84 patients had vaginal delivery. Incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was 2. 66% among cases. Conclusions:The commonest cause of thrombocytopenia during preg-nancy was GT. Mode of management was affected by thrombocytopenia, including corticoste-roids,IVIG and platelet transfusions.关键词
