银杏黄酮对顺铂所致人卵巢颗粒细胞损伤的保护作用研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the protective effect of GBE on ovary granulosa cell that damaged by cDDP and its mechanism. Methods:Interven ovarian granulosa cells that damaged by cDDP with different concentrations of GBE. Cell growth activity was evaluated by MTT assay. The level of E2 was assayed by chemiluminescence method. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the concentration of malondialdehyde (MDA) were determined. Results:After joining GBE the granulosa cells proliferation index,E2 levels and the activity of superoxide dismutase ( SOD) in-creased,MDA concentration reduced. Conclusion:The right amount of GBE in vitro can reduce the damage on granulose cell that induced by cDDP,improve the level of E2 . Its protection mechanism maybe by increasing SOD activity and reducing MDA content. GBE is expected to be a kind of ideal new drug that can protect ovarian from injury caused by chemotherapy.关键词
