Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expressions of S100 A14 and p53 protein in high grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma, and to explore their relationships to clinical and pathological parameters, and their relationship with the occurrence and development of high grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma. Methods:We collected 75 tissues of high grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma,and 27 issues of normal fallopian tube as control,the immunohistochem-ical SP method was used to detect the expressions of S100 A14 and p53 protein in paraffin-em-bedded sections of the high grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma tissues and normal fallopian tube tissues. Results:The positive expressions of S100A14 and p53 proteins in high grade ovari-an serous adenocarcinoma tissues were 68. 0%and 62. 7%,and that they were obvious negative correlation(r=0. 510,P<0. 01),and the difference compared with normal fallopian tubes were statistically significant (P<0. 01). S100A14 and p53 proteins with the patient's age,ascites and greater omentum metastasis of the high grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma were irrelevant( P>0. 05). S100A14 and p53 proteins with the patient's pathological staging,lymph node metasta-sis and distant metastasis ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusions:S10014 protein and p53 protein promote each other may through specific molecular mechanism,thus participate in cell growth,prolifera-tion,lead to the development of the high grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma.关键词
