高负压引流系统在甲状腺手术中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore an effective method of drainage after thyroid surgery .Methods 60 patients undergoing thyroid surgery were randomly divided into two groups , respectively adopting high negative pressure drainage and traditional drainage after surgery .And the drainage volume , duration of drainage , the magnitude of hydrocele of wound after removing tubes , and pain de-gree were comparative analyzed between the two groups .Results All the observation indexes had significant statistical difference be-tween the experimental group and control group (p<0.05).Conclusion The high negative pressure drainage system has advantages over ordinary rubber drainage , so it is worth of popularization and application after thyroid surgery .关键词
