摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Siwu mixture combined with Marvelon in the treat-ment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 148patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional u-terine bleeding were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 74 cases in each group the control group was treated by Marvelon alone, the observation group was treated with Siwu mixture on the basis of the control group.Results After treatment, the established indexes in the observation group were significantly better than the control group (p <0.05); the clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 93.2%, the control group was 73%, there was statistical significance in the observation group compared with the control group (X2 =9.512,p =0.004).Conclusion The safety and effectiveness of Siwu mixture combined with Marvelon in the treatment of peri-menopausal functional uterine bleeding is extremely satisfactory and is worth further promotion.关键词
