Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of leukocyte apheresis in the treatment of hyperleu -kocytic leukemia .Methods 28 patients with hyperleukocytic leukemia received leukocyte apheresis for 45 timesusing MCS+blood cell separator , with white blood cell suspension from 300 to 500 mL removed every time .The white blood cells ( WBC) ,hemoglobin ( Hb) , platelet ( Plt) changes after operation , and the clinical symptoms , signs im-provement were improved .Results After apheresis , WBC count in peripheral hemogram were decreased significant-ly, Plt count significantly lowered , but there was no significant change in Hb .The symptoms of the disease were re-lieved.Conclusion Leukocyte apheresis , as a scientific and safe therapy , can quickly reduce the tumor burden and shorten the remission induction time in the treatment of hyperleukocytosis leukemia .关键词
