Abstract
Objective To discuss the influence of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for Triple Negative Breast Cancer(TNBC) in patients with Ki67 nuclear antigens.Methods 136 patients with TNBC were selected from June 2012 to March 2014 in our Hospitals, and on the basis, immunohistochemical method was used to detect all patients Ki67 expression in breast cancer tissue .The patients were divided into positive group and negative group before chem -otherapy, and on the basis of Ki67 expression changes after chemotherapy and they were divided into yang to yin (A) group, yin to yang(B) group, Yang invariant(C) group and Yin invariant (D) group.Followed up for 5 years, all patients of chemotherapy efficacy and survival were analysed .Results Before chemotherapy, positive group chemo-therapy curative effect was better than negative group , and the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05); After chemotherapy, in the aspect of effect, A group >C group >D group >Bgroup(p <0.05); After chemotherapy, in the aspect of curative effect, A group >C group >D group >Bgroup(p <0.05).Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemo-therapy can change the patients with TNBC cancer Ki 67 positive expression, and it possible to improve the prognosis of patients survival, which is worth for further clinical research .关键词
