鲜鱼腥草外敷治疗罂粟碱肌注致硬结的效果观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective Observation of fresh houttuynia external application of papaverine in intramuscular in -jection causes clinical effect of local muscle induration .Methods 40 cases of hip muscles generate induration of pa -tients cause muscle injection of papaverine in our Surgery Dept .Taking the self -controlled method, they were divid-ed into houttuynia group and external application of heat group .The houttuynia group use fresh houttuynia to external application for patients with left hip muscle injection site .The external application of heat groupuse use hot towel to external application for patients with right hip muscle injection site .The patients were observed in the two groups un -der different intervention methods with left and right sides intramuscular injection site induration of extinction and pain relief and adverse reaction or not after treatment .Results Compared with the external application of heat group for 5 d, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups induration of extinction (p <0.05).The hout-tuynia group was better in induration of extinction , and pain relief adverse reactions were not occur of the two group . There was no statistically significant difference .Conclusion The fresh houttuynia external application of papaverine in intramuscular injection causes clinical effect of local muscle induration , and the significant effect is worth the clini-cal promoted application.关键词
