Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between HBV -LP and HBV DNA, to study the reliability of HBV -LP reflecting HBV replication and to discover the clinical significance of detecting HBV -LP in HBeAg negative CHB patients by examing HBV -LP, HBV -DNA in sera of HBeAg negative in CHB patients .Methods HBV -LP and HBeAg were detected by ELISA while HBV -DNA by quantitative fluorescent PCR.Results HBV -LP of 106 CHB patients were not statistically different from HBV DNA (p >0.05) .The HBV DNA of different HBV M patterns had no statistical significance from HBV -LP(p >0.05) at the same time.And the logarithmic value of HBV DNA copies correlated with contents of HBV -LP(r =0.917).Conclusion HBV -LP, which might reflect HBV replication and correlated closely with HBV -DNA, would be a novel immuno -serological index that might probably reflect the HBV replication of HBeAg negative CHB patients .关键词
