The author excludes many social factors , focuse on building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients from the perspective of hospital manager .Medical staff must pay attention to the doctor -patient communication skills and methods from their own , play an important role in good doctor -patient communication by understanding, respecting and caring.关键词
