COMPARISON OF DIFFERENT DOSES OF LOW CONCENTRATION OF ROPIVACAINE COMBINED WITH SPINAL AND EPIDURAL ANESTHESIA IN LOW EXTREMITY OPERATION

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of different doses of low concentration of ropivacaine combined with spinal epidural anesthesia during lower extremity operations.Methods 120 patients who underwent lower limb operations in our hospital from January, 2013 to March, 2014 were randomly divided into A, B, C groups, administered with 4.5 mg, 6.0 mg, 7.5 mg doses of 0.1% ropivacaine for anesthesia respectively.The three groups were compared in terms of anesthesia effects, adverse reactions and degree of satisfaction.Results The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in group A was 47.50%, which was significantly worse than that in groups B and C (p<0.05).The anesthesia effect in group B was the best, with 80% of the excellent and good rate, there having no statistical significance between groups B and C (p >0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in group C was 17.50%, significantly higher than that in groups A and B (p<0.05).The degree of satisfaction in group B was 90%, the highest, followed by 62.50%in group C, 27.50%in group A.There were statistical significances among the three groups (p<0.05) .Con-clusion 6mg dose of 0.1% ropivacaine combined with spinal epidural anesthesia in the lower extremity operations can achieve the satisfactory anesthetic effect, for it can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the degree of satisfaction of patients, providing important reference for clinical drug treatment.关键词
