曲尼司特抑制烧伤瘢痕增生的给药时间分析
TRANILAST ADMINISTRATION TIME FOR SUPPRESSION OF BURN SCAR HYPERPLASY
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effects of oral administration of tranilast to suppress burn scar hyperplasy when the burn wounds began repairing or were completely healed.Methods Sixty burn patients from July 2011 to December 2013 were randomly divided into groups A and B, 30 patients in each group.Thirty patients were treated with orally-administered tranilast at the beginning of wound repair, while the other patients were treated with orally administered tranilast when the burn wounds were completely healed.The therapeutic effect of these two groups was compared.Results Six months after burn wound healing, Vancouver scar scale was applied to evaluate the ther-apeutic effect.No significant differences were found between these two groups ( p>0.05) , and no adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion No significant differences in clinical effects of oral tranilast administered at the begin-ning of burn wound repair and at the time point of complete healing.关键词
