摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the current situation of cultivating the new nurse'information-accessing a-bility.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the ability of new nurses.The proper solu-tion was made by analyzing the result and giving the intervention.Results After the targeted intervention was carried on, 74 new nurses got improvement in information-accessing ability, with statistical significance ( p=0.00) .Con-clusion The new nurses lack of awareness of information-accessing ability, however, they can all get improvement after targeted intervention is conducted.
