转基因猪皮在电弧伤创面中的应用
APPLICATION OF TRANSGENIC PIG SKIN IN THE ELECTRIC ARC INJURED WOUNDS

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of gene transfected pig skin on electric arc injured wounds .Meth-ods 60 cases of electric arc injured in -patients during January, 2012 to August, 2013(male 56 cases, female 4 cases, age 6-60 years old), were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , with each group 30 ca-ses.Treatment group: Debridement of dermabrsion was given within 72 hours of hospitalizing , and the wound was covered by windowed gene transfected pig skin dressed under certain pressure .Control group:Debridement was given at bedside right after patient being admitted to hospital , and wound was covered by 1%Ag-CD cream, dress chan-ging every second day .The healing time , blood results and pain assessment were observed .Results Healing time of treatment group was around 30%shortened from control group;Patients of treatment group suffered less pain than pa-tients of control group;It showed that the treatment group had tiny difference from control group by blood taken on day 10 after injury.Conclusion Covering with gene transfected pig skin on electric arc injured wounds after early de-bridement can shorten the healing time and reduce pain caused by dressing changing with slightly effect on blood re -sults.关键词
