耳廓假性囊肿治疗方式及时机探讨
THE CHOICES AND TIMINGS OF THE THERAPIES FOR THE AURICLAR PSEUDOCYST

Abstract
Objective To explore the choices and timings of the therapies for the auriclar pseudocyst accord -ing to the follow-up treatments .Methods Patients of auriclar pseudocyst during 2008 and 2013 were treated with aspiration of the cyst followed by injection of pingyangmycin and compression dressing .Patients of recurrence were treated by the front wall of the cartilage resection .Clinical evaluations on the time of therapies and the healing of auri-cles were performed.Results By simple puncture fluid and Bleomycin wash treatment , patients with 2 weeks of dis-ease course achieved cure rates of 98%;The cure rate was 30%in patients with more than two weeks disease course . Conclusion Patients within two week courses were advised with the treatment of the aspiration of the cyst followed by injection of pingyangmycin and compression dressing .Patients over two weeks courses were advised with the treatment of the front wall of the cartilage resection .The sugery could provide better auricle shape , lower recurrence rate and less time cost of the therapies .关键词
