鼻咽癌同期放化疗期间体重变化相关研究

Abstract
Objective To study the decreasing pattern of body weight in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during con-current chemoradiotherapy.Methods 36 patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma underwent concurrent chemoradio-therapy in the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University aged from 24 to 65 years with the median age of 44 years old were involved in the study.Body weight of every patient during chemoradiotherapy was measured and the Paired t Test Analysis was used to probe the body weight changing pattern.Results Paired t Test results showed that the body weight at each week was less than the previous week from the 1st to 7th week (p<0.05), with the most significant decrease during the 4th to the 5th week.Conclusion
<br> Continuing weight loss occurs during the concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma , which may indi-cate deteriorating nutrition situation of patients .关键词
