情景模拟演练培训模式对提高护士社区灾害救援能力的效果研究
EFFECT OF SCENARIO SIMULATION TRAINING ON IMPROVING RESCUE ABILITY OF NURSES IN COMMUNITY DISASTER SITE

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of scenario simulation training to nurses in improving the rescue ability at com-munity site.Methods A total of 60 nurses were enrolled and randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The control group only received routine training, and the intervention group received scenario simulation mode training .Results The score of disaster rescue ability of the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group (p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of education (p>0.05).Significant differences were evident in different sections, professional titles and work-ing years (p<0.05).Conclusion Scenario simulation model training can improve the ability of disaster rescue as an ideal and intu-itive method.关键词
