社区血脂管理对2型糖尿病伴血脂异常疗效的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of community management of blood lipid in type 2 diabetes complicated with dyslipidemia.Methods 123 cases of type 2 patients with diabetes combined with dyslipidemia were selected.The control group (n=62) was given the conventional medicine treatment with outpatient management of blood lipid , and the experimental group (n=61) was given the conventional medicine treatment with community management of blood lipid .Results The glucose level, blood lipids, and HOMA-IR in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion Commu-nity management of blood lipid in patients with abnormal blood lipid has definite therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus .It can significantly improve blood glucose and blood lipid levels of patients, and decrease the insulin resistance.It is better for the patient to control condition stably.So it should be vigorously promoted in the future treatment.关键词
