Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevalence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease ( NAFLD) and the risk factors.Meth-ods By cluster sampling survey, a random sample of 900 adults aged 18 years was selected.The hospital inspections and question-naire were used to study the prevalence and the related factors of NAFLD .Results 832 participants completed their clinical examina-tions, among whom 97 persons developed NAFLD, with the prevalence rate of11.66%.In the NAFLD group BMI, such indexes as the average age, waist circumference, waist to hip ratio, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2H blood glucose, blood pressure, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, ALT, UA were significantly different from non -NAFLD group (p<0.05).In NAFLD group, the levels of hypertension, obesity, central obesity, dyslipidemia were significantly higher than those in NAFLD group (p<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed body mass index, age, waist circumference, dyslipidemia, diabetes were a major risk factor for the onset of NAFLD in the mountainousof northern Guangdong (p<0.05).Conclusion The high prevalence of NAFLD in Jiangmen Hetang, obesity, dyslipidemia and diabetes were a major risk factor.For theNAFLD patients, irreversible liver damage may occur at any time, so the early screening and active intervention, a further rise in the incidence of NAFLD control.关键词
