帽型梁落锤轴向冲击实验及有限元分析
Experiment and the Finite Element Analysis for Hat-Beam Structure Under Axial Crash of Dropping Hammer

Abstract
Experiments were carried out on a hat-beam structure with a length of 300 mm to investigate its deformation and energy absorption characteristics under axial crash of a drop-ping hammer.The force-displacement curves got from the tests on the samples with different thickness were comparedand their buckling behaviors and energy absorption characteristics were analyzed based on the finite element simulation with LS-DYNA.The results indicate that the thinner samples would likely bendand the samples with the thickness of 1 .0 mm have better energy absorption efficiency than the ones with the thickness of 1.2 and 0.8 mm. The simulation results agree well with the experimental results.关键词
