摘要

Abstract

Experiments were carried out on a hat-beam structure with a length of 300 mm to investigate its deformation and energy absorption characteristics under axial crash of a drop-ping hammer.The force-displacement curves got from the tests on the samples with different thickness were comparedand their buckling behaviors and energy absorption characteristics were analyzed based on the finite element simulation with LS-DYNA.The results indicate that the thinner samples would likely bendand the samples with the thickness of 1 .0 mm have better energy absorption efficiency than the ones with the thickness of 1.2 and 0.8 mm. The simulation results agree well with the experimental results.
