摘要

Abstract

A digital pulsed radiation measurement system is proposed,which uses a digital oscilloscope for data acquisition.The system employs a device control program developed with the aid of VISA technology and object-oriented C++ programming technology applicable for various types of digital oscilloscopes to automatically control the measurement of the sig-nals output from the detector,the storage and backup of the original measurement data,and the statistics of the pulse height spectrum and arrival time of the signals.The system has been tested with an LSO detector and a LaBr3 :Ce detector,and the experimental results indi-cate the system functions well.
