摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of related factors under regional classification system in emergency room (ER). Methods Self-made questionnaire survey was adopted among eligible patients or relatives of patients ,who were randomly selected from ER of 8 GradeⅢ-A hospitals in Guangdong. The binary logistic regression was used to analyze the related factors under regional classification system in ER. Results There were 11 factors related with the patient′s dissatisfaction in ER,4 fac-tors were related with the satisfaction of patients ,and the dissatisfaction reflected stronger than satisfaction among the patients. Conclusion The implementation of regional classification system need to actively eliminate negative factors of dissatisfaction , promote positive factors of satisfaction to patients ,strengthen investment and publicity in hospital administrators and improve the service consciousness of medical staff. The patients should be active in acquiring relevant medical knowledge and information.关键词
