高通量透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒临床观察OA
Clinical observation of high-flux hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of uremic pruritus
目的：探讨高通量透析（HFHD）联合血液灌流（HP）治疗尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒的临床意义，为基层医院临床医生提供参考。方法选择73例维持性血液透析伴皮肤瘙痒患者，其中采用常规透析，同时给予抗组胺、类固醇等药物治疗37例（HD组），采用HFHD联合HP治疗36例（HFHD/HP组），观察并收集数据，分析两种不同处理方法对尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒的影响。结果 HFHD/HP组患者血磷和甲状旁腺激素水平较HD组低，HFHD联合HP治疗能显著改善尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒，差异…查看全部>>
