摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Runfeihuotanningsou decoction on chronic bronchitis (CB). Methods Totally 100 patients with CB,who received treatment in Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Tongchuan People′s Hospital from December 2011 to November 2013 ,were divided into the treatment group and the control group ,50 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Runfeihuotanningsou decoction ,while the treatment group received amoxi-cillin,aminophyline,ambroxol and dextromethorphan hydrobromide for treatment. The treatment course in both groups was 10 d. The clinical effects in both groups were observed. Results The integrals of clinical symptoms,signs,chest X-ray and Chinese medicine symptom in both groups after treatment decreased obviously than those before treatment ,and the difference had statisti cal significance(P<0.05),and the integrals of above indicators in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group . Conclusion Runfeihuotanningsou decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and Chinese medicine symptom prominently,and it is worthy of promotion in clinic.关键词
