Abstract
Objective To explore nuring methods and effect of continous veno-venous hemofiltration(CVVH) for patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Methods Totally 20 patients with severe acute pancreatitis from January 2010 to January 2013 were received nursing on the basis of CVVH treatment. The serum biochemical indicators ,acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡ(APACHEⅡ) and changes in vital signs of the patients before and after nursing with CVVH treatment were compared and analyzed. Results Among 20 patients,17 were full recovered,3 died,1 of which died from abandoning treatment, 1 died of pancreatic encephalopathy and the other 1 died of multiple organ failure. Except the 3 deaths ,compared with pre-treat-ment,the serum biochemical indicators of the residual 17 patients were remarkably improved after CVVH treatment and nursing while the heart rate,breathing,mean arterial pressure were significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05). Conclusion Effective nursing on patients with SAP with CVVH treatment is beneficial to enhance their confidence against diseases,effectively improve the clinical symptoms with significant clinical effect,and it is worthy of clinical promotion, application and further research.关键词
