摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of polyene phosphatidylcholine injection combined with Shuxuen-ing injection in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH). Methods A total of 60 patients with NASH,who were treated from January 2012 to June 2013 ,were randomized into treatment group and control group , 30 cases in each group. The treatment group adopted intravenous drip of polyene phosphatidylcholine and Shuxuening ,while the control group only used polyene phosphatidylcholine for intravenous drip. The changes of liver function and curative effect before and after medication between the two groups were compared. Results The liver function in the treatment group after medication improved more obvious-ly than that before medication,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 86.67%(26/30) in the treatment group,which was higher than that in the control group(3.33%,16/30),and the difference had statistical significance (χ2=7.94,P<0.01). Conclusion The polyene phosphatidylcholine combined with Shuxuening injection has obvious efficacy for NASH,so it is worthy of reference in clinic.关键词
