Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of group psychological intervention on hospitalized patients with dys-thymia disorders indepression and anxiety. Methods A total of 80 inpatients with dysthymia disorders associated with anxiety from January to December of 2012 ,who met the criterion of Chinese Classification and Diagnosis of Mental Diseases-3rd edition (CCMD-3),were divided into the control group and the intervention group,40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the intervention group received extra systematic group psychological inter-vention on the basis of control group. Hamilton′s Deprssion Scale(HAMD) and Hamilton′s Deprssion Anxiety(HAMA) were used to evaluate the clinical effect between the two groups after 5-month intervention. Results The scores of HAMD and HAMA after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention in both groups (P<0.01). The scores of HAMD and HAMA after intervention in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group with statistically significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion The group psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with dys-thymia disorders associated with anxiety,and enhance therapeutic effect of patients.关键词
